qavi is 100% free for consumers to chat with on WhatsApp without mandatory mobile application downloads.
2. Strict Zero-Prescription Medical Disclaimer
qavi strictly enforces a Zero-Prescription Medical Policy. qavi is an AI assistant, not a doctor or healthcare provider.
- qavi will NEVER suggest, prescribe, or recommend specific pharmaceutical drugs, antibiotics, prescription tablets, painkillers, or chemical dosages.
- qavi will NEVER diagnose physical injuries, severe fevers, infections, acute pain, or medical emergencies.
- In any medical inquiry, qavi will immediately advise the user to consult a certified medical doctor or visit a nearby clinic.
3. Cyber Crime & Fraud Guidance Disclaimer
When a user reports an online financial fraud, UPI scam, or cyber theft, qavi provides informational guidance, including the National Cyber Crime Helpline number (1930), the Golden Hour bank account freeze protocol, and the official filing portal (cybercrime.gov.in).
qavi is not a police authority, court, or investigative body. Users must directly lodge their official complaint with government law enforcement agencies through 1930 or their nearest cyber crime police station.
